SPECIFICATION FOR BMA INSTANT PATCHMIX 25KG PAIL:

1.      Size and Grading APmix

Dense-graded 10mm or 14mm nominal size.

2.      Bitumen Content

4.5% - 7.0%

INSTRUCTION FOR USE OF BMA INSTANT PATCHMIX 25KG PAIL:

1.      Remove failed pavement and trim the edges. Remove all the loose debris, dust and stagnant water.

2.     Apply some bituminous tack coat such as RS-1K for better bonding (recommended but not necessary).

3.      Shake the pail of BMA INSTANT PATCHMIX 25KG PAIL to loosen it up before opening.

4.      Lay the BMA INSTANT PATCHMIX 25KG PAIL.

5.     Compact the evenly laid BMA INSTANT PATCHMIX 25KG PAIL with hand tamping (spade or hoe) or with a plate compactor (recommended).

6.      The area is ready to open for traffic immediately after compaction.
